Even Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Even ("the app") is developed and operated by duek Studio ("we"). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, where it is stored and how to delete it.
What we collect
- Account: when you sign in with Apple or Google we receive a user ID, your email address, and your name if you share it. Apple lets you hide your email.
- Profile: the full name you choose, and a profile photo, emoji or avatar if you pick one. A photo is stored downscaled (about 20 KB) and only after you choose it yourself.
- Clubs and nights: club names, their members, names of guest players a club admin adds, and each night's records: buy-ins, counts, results and settlements between members.
- Preferences: language, theme and display settings.
- Crash data: when the app crashes or hits an error, a technical report is sent (device type, OS version, app version and error details). It does not include your name or email.
The app does not access your contacts, location or microphone. The camera and photos are used only when you choose to take or pick a profile photo. The app currently shows no ads and does not track you across other apps. If we add ads, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To run the app: showing club members the night, the pot, balances and history.
- To fix crashes and improve stability.
We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
- Club members: see your name and photo, and all of the club's records and stats, including amounts.
- Service providers: Google Firebase (sign-in, database and remote settings; data is stored in Google's Tel Aviv region) and Sentry (crash reports). They process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your account, profile, name, email and photo. Crash reports are deleted automatically within 90 days.
What stays in club records: when you leave a club, are removed from it, or delete your account, your internal user ID stays in that club's records (for example in your member record and in invites you sent), together with the records and amounts of past nights. The ID is a random string that does not include your name or email. After you delete your account, your name is replaced with "Former player". These records stay because they are part of the other members' history and balances.
Deletion and your rights
You can delete your account in the app: Settings › Account › Delete account. You can also ask for deletion without the app, as described on the account deletion page. To get a copy of your data or correct it, write to duekstudio@gmail.com.
Age
The app is intended for people aged 18 and over.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Access is limited by security rules, so only club members see a club's data.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when the policy changes and show the date. Questions: duekstudio@gmail.com.
