Delete your Even account

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Under "Account", choose "Delete account" and confirm.

If you are the admin of a club with other members, the app first asks you to hand the admin role to someone else.

Without the app

Email duekstudio@gmail.com from the address you signed in with (or include it), with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted and what stays

• Deleted: your account, name, email, profile photo and preferences.
• Kept in club records: your internal user ID (a random string, without your name or email) and the records of past nights, showing "Former player" instead of your name, because they are part of the other members' history and balances.
• Technical crash reports are deleted automatically within 90 days.
